From November 13–17th, 2025, we invite you to Jnane Rumi, an intimate sanctuary in Marrakech, for virāma — a retreat designed around the art of the pause. A deep reset for body, mind, and spirit.

Mornings are dynamic and energising, a chance to move, sweat, breathe, and awaken. Afternoons restore. Evenings invite you into stillness.

This is a celebration of rhythm — of listening inward, of challenging the body and softening the mind. Of finding space between intensity and surrender.

THE VENUE
Jnane Rumi
an oasis of tranquility

Tucked away in Marrakech’s Palmeraie, Jnane Rumi is a design-led retreat where time slows and the body exhales. Surrounded by centuries-old gardens, the property offers seven en-suite rooms, two private pavilions, and a serene pool.

More than a stay, it’s a space for deep reset — with a hammam, spa, sauna and grounding rituals designed to release, restore, and realign.

Meals at Virāma are vegetarian, seasonal, and locally sourced. Inspired by tradition and guided by simplicity, each dish is prepared to nourish deeply — body, mind, and spirit.

Crafted with ingredients from nearby farms and infused with the flavours of Morocco, the food is as grounding as the practice. It’s nourishment designed to support your reset, restore your energy, and awaken your senses.

  • To confirm your spot, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due by September 1st.

    The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    If you cancel before October 1st, you’ll be refunded 50% of your total payment, excluding the deposit.

    After October 1st, we won’t be able to offer any refund.

    With over 900 hours of training, Lucie André guides practices that go far beyond the mat.

    Her work moves between breath, sound, and fluid sequencing — cultivating presence through sensation, and stillness through movement.

    Expect strength, softness, and space to explore. From dynamic flows to meditative sound baths, Lucie invites you to reset through deep listening — of the body, the breath, and everything in between.

  • VALERIA SASSOON

    Valeria Sassoon brings a grounded and multidimensional approach to the mat.

    Trained in New York and rooted in the Dharma Mittra lineage, her classes blend breathwork, dynamic asana, and deep release — guiding students toward clarity, strength, and stillness.

    As a certified health and nutrition coach, she expands the practice beyond movement, offering a holistic path that nourishes body and mind, inside and out.

  • CHARLOTTE CATTANEO

    Charlotte Cattaneo teaches from the body — and from the heart. Co-founder of kā studio, she brings a quiet intensity to her classes, where strength meets softness, and movement becomes a form of presence.

    Trained in Vinyasa with Klara Puski in Paris, her practice is rooted in daily exploration and shaped by global retreats. Charlotte’s teaching invites you to move with clarity, breathe with intention, and land fully in yourself.
